By purchasing and downloading Prompt Anchor, you agree to these terms. We keep it simple: we build the tool, you use it to do great work. Do not reverse engineer, redistribute, or pirate the software.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Prompt Anchor on your personal devices. This is a single-user license. If you are a team, please purchase a license for each user.
As stated heavily in our marketing, Prompt Anchor is entirely local-first. We do not transmit, read, harvest, or store your prompts. We use standard third-party processors (Stripe) for the transaction, whose privacy policies govern the payment process.
Given the digital, DRM-free nature of the software, we generally do not offer refunds once the software has been downloaded. If you experience critical, unresolvable technical issues within the first 14 days, contact support.
The software is provided "AS IS". We are a small team of solo creators. While we strive for perfection and stability, we are not liable for any data loss, workflow disruption, or damages arising from the use of Prompt Anchor.
